Ginva is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By using Ginva, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
App License and Acceptable Use
Ginva is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to manage a virtual farm, save journals, create drink records, generate posters, purchase coins, and access subscription benefits where available.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass payment features, copy or resell app content, or use Ginva in a way that violates applicable laws or App Store rules.
Virtual Coins and In-App Items
Coins are virtual items used inside Ginva. They may be used for seeds, tools, farm skins, seasonal packs, poster palette refreshes, and daily task refreshes. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside Ginva.
Subscriptions
Ginva offers optional subscriptions that provide benefits such as ad-free poster saving and ad-free journal photo uploads. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and billing are managed through Apple and your App Store account. Additional subscription details are available in the Membership Agreement.
User Content
You are responsible for the journal text, photos, drink images, ingredient images, and other content you add to Ginva. You should only add content that you have the right to use and that is appropriate for personal app use.
Local Data
Ginva primarily stores your farm progress, journals, drink records, images, and preferences on your device. Clearing app data or deleting the app may remove local content.
No Guarantee of Availability
We work to keep Ginva stable and useful, but the app may change, pause, or stop offering certain features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ginva after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
