We do not collect your name, phone number, precise location, address book, messages, browsing history, health data, financial account details, or other personal profile information.
Information Stored on Your Device
Your farm progress, journal text, journal photos, drink images, ingredient images, drink records, poster preferences, farm settings, and similar creative content are stored on your device for app use. We do not collect this content from you.
How We Use Information
- To identify your local app profile through a user ID.
- To maintain coin balance and in-app virtual item access.
- To verify subscription status and provide subscription benefits.
- To support app functionality, user support, and policy compliance.
Subscriptions and Coins
Ginva offers subscriptions and coin purchases. Purchase processing is handled through Apple and the App Store. Ginva uses subscription and coin information only to provide the purchased in-app benefits.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your local creative content. Limited purchase-related information may be processed by Apple as part of App Store payment and subscription services.
Data Retention
User ID, coin information, and subscription information are retained for as long as needed to operate Ginva and provide purchase-related access. Local app content remains on your device unless you delete it or clear app data.
Children
Ginva is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You may clear local app data within Ginva where available, manage subscriptions through your Apple account, and control photo permissions through your device settings.
