Membership Service
Ginva membership is an optional subscription service. It is designed for users who want a smoother creative experience when saving seasonal farm posters and uploading photos to farm journals.
Available Plans
Membership Benefits
- Ad-free poster saving inside Ginva.
- Ad-free journal photo uploads inside Ginva.
- Access to membership benefits during the active subscription period.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, according to the selected plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal. Benefits remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
Free Trials and Promotions
If Ginva offers a trial or promotional subscription, the terms shown at the time of purchase will apply. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription according to App Store rules.
Coins Are Separate
Coins are separate virtual items. A subscription does not automatically provide unlimited coins unless a specific offer states otherwise. Coins may be used for seeds, tools, farm skins, seasonal packs, poster palette refreshes, and daily task refreshes.
Refunds
Payments and refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. Ginva cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
Service Changes
Ginva may adjust membership benefits, plan names, or feature availability when needed. Any material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page. Changes will not remove access already granted for the current paid period except where required by law, policy, or technical necessity.
Relationship to Other Terms
This Membership Agreement works together with the Ginva Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If there is a conflict involving payment or subscription management, Apple App Store terms control where applicable.
